AromaSoft cream notes with more focus on stone fruit characters than in the fully-oaked Spencer Hill Chardonnay

The full palate weight has an elegant creaminess, with a touch of spiced oak to balance the ripe fruit characters. Toasted nuts and soft toasted bread flavours add to the complexity of the wine with dry river-stone mineral characters rounding out the finish. the winemakers left 1 g/L of malic acid in the wine to add to the elegance and structure.
The flavours are restrained rather than big and punchy resulting in a wine with elegance, balance and structure. Bottled in March 2015 it is already drinking beautifully. This is a limited release wine and you will need to contact the winery to find out how to buy it. www.spencerhillwine.com
