Mount Difficulty Pinot Noir 2009

Vintage

Variety

Colour

Bright dark red cherry

Aroma

Typical fresh cherries and soft herbs with layers of complexity provided by maturation in old oak barrels

Taste & Other Notes

Concentrated raspberry, blackberry, cranberry berry fruit flavours. The oak adds complexity while the age has softened the acidity and allowed the powdery tannins to integrate nicely into the wine. Drinking superbly and probably at its best.
